Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Kitab4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://kitab4d.cam (the "Platform").

These Terms apply to all services provided through the Kitab4d platform, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, instant games, and any promotional or loyalty programmes offered from time to time.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing a wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the Kitab4d Platform are subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only open and maintain an Account if all of the following conditions are met and remain true throughout the duration of your use the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Kitab4d operates a strict21+ policy for all casino and betting activities. This age requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party or commercial enterprise.
3. You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of Kitab4d or any of its affiliated entities.
4. You are not prohibited from gambling under the laws, regulations, or court orders applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, and you acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk.
6. You have not previously had an Account suspended, terminated, or self-excluded on the Kitab4d Platform or any associated platform operated by the Company.
7. All information provided at the time of registration and during subsequent KYC verification is truthful, accurate, complete, and up to date.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards offered by Kitab4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the Kitab4d Platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections — including the event, market, stake amount, and odds — prior to confirmation. Kitab4d will not reverse or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances governed by the rules applicable to the specific product type.

• Sports betting markets are governed by applicable sporting rules. Bets on cancelled or postponed events will be voided unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
• In-play betting is subject to real-time odds changes. A bet is not confirmed until an acceptance notification is received by the User.
• Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical results of the dealing, spinning, or rolling action as conducted by the live dealer. The video stream is the authoritative record.
• In the event of a technical malfunction occurring mid-game that prevents a round from completing, the affected round shall be void and stakes returned to the User's Account.

Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Kitab4d Platform. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities where appropriate:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing account maintenance.
2. Registering multiple Accounts, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of circumventing Platform policies.
3. Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or systematic exploitation of any Platform error.
4. Coluding with other users, the use of software bots, automated betting tools, or artificial intelligence systems to gain an unfair advantage.
5. Attempting to launder money, process criminal proceeds, or use the Platform in connection with any fraudulent financial activity.
6. Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account, or interfering with the Platform's underlying systems or infrastructure.
7. Engaging in any activity that could reasonably be construed as match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the Platform.
8. Permitting or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

Account Suspension & Closure

Kitab4d reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:

• Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Where the Account holder is found or suspected to be under 21 years of age.
• Where the Company is required to take such action by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order.
• Where ongoing regulatory, compliance, or fraud investigations necessitate a temporary hold on the Account.
• Where the User has voluntarily requested self-exclusion or a cool-off period through Kitab4d's responsible gambling tools.

In the event of permanent Account closure where no breach by the User has been established, any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the User via the payment method on file following completion of any required verification processes.

Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the Kitab4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Kitab4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of Kitab4d.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kitab4d shall not be liable to any User for any loss or damage of any nature arising from or connected to the use of the Platform, including:

• Any financial loss arising from gambling activities on the Platform, whether or not such loss arises in connection with a technical fault, system error, or connectivity issue.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if Kitab4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to the Platform's availability caused by factors outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, third-party service provider outages, or government-ordered restrictions.
• Any delay, failure, or error in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or any other payment processor.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data Protection

Kitab4d collects and processes personal data in accordance with itsPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

The Company collects only the personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify User identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and deliver customer support services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unafiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where a material change is made to these Terms that may adversely affect User rights, Kitab4d will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by way of a platform notification or email to the registered address on file.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under Kitab4d's operating licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the Company's licence jurisdiction.

Without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia, you agree that any dispute or claim relating to your use of the Kitab4d Platform shall be determined on an individual basis and not as part of any class or collective action.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
